Nurturing Mombasa’s Children Since 2010

Food security and education programs to break the cycle of poverty.

Our initiatives combat illiteracy and exploitation through:

  • Creation of Educational Pathways: We facilitate postsecondary and trade education access.

  • Empowerment of Students: We enable students with real skills to build a brighter future for themselves.

  • Focus on Early Intervention: We address the immediate physical and emotional well-being of children.

Building a New Future

With the support of our donors, KenAid Children's Fund provides low-cost and no-cost early educational programs to orphaned and at-risk youth in Mombasa, Kenya.

For as little as $36 a month, you can provide a child with education and nutrition for a year.

We build a healthy and safe environment by delivering:

  • Access to Nutritious Meals: Providing healthy school meals to enhance focus and academic performance.

  • Clean Drinking Water: Ensuring safe water sources to improve hydration and overall health, which supports concentration.

  • Sanitation Facilities: Gender-sensitive toilets to promote hygiene and reduce absenteeism, especially among girls.

  • Health Education Programs: Teaching students about nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation practices to foster lifelong habits.

  • Community Gardening Initiatives: Engaging students in growing food to encourage healthy eating and teamwork while enhancing their connection to their environment.

Nourishing both Minds and Bodies.

With help from our donors and community partners, students get healthy food, clean water, and good sanitation, which are vital for their growth and well-being.
